Where We Collect Mattresses
427 Shift runs mattress collections right across the Northern Rivers. We regularly collect from:
better than landfill
What Happens to Your Old Mattress?
A mattress sent to landfill takes decades to break down and takes up more space than almost anything else a household throws out. Where the condition allows, we send mattresses to be pulled apart and recycled instead. The steel springs go to scrap metal, the foam and fibre are recovered, and the timber frame is separated out. Recycling is built into what you have already paid. It is not an upgrade and it is not an optional extra.answers before you book
