How much does construction waste removal cost?
Every job is different. It depends on what’s in the pile, how much there is and how easy it is to get to. Rowan quotes each job for free on a 15-minute call, and the quote includes the loading.
Is it cheaper than hiring a skip bin?
It depends on the job. With a skip you do the loading, you may need council approval if it goes on the street, and it sits there for days. Our quote includes the loading, and it’s gone the same visit.
Do I need a council permit for a skip bin in Byron Bay, Ballina or Lismore?
If a skip goes on the road, footpath or nature strip, the council needs to approve it first. A skip that sits fully on private land usually doesn’t need approval, but check with your council. With us there’s no skip, so there’s no skip permit.
